PSA: LJ security breach

For any LJ users who don't watch news, you should be aware of a recent security breach involving embedded media. LJ has, as a consequence, disabled media embedding from (as far as I can tell) any site that isn't YouTube for the time being.

This bug only affected about a hundred entries that are known about so far, but it's worth knowing it's going on and just checking through your own journal; the entry gives a Very Easy Thing to look for to know if you've been affected.

Thanks for posting this. Even though I haven't posted in ages, it turns out that I was one of the ones hit. I just deleted the entry since it wasn't very interesting anyway. :)
