Have you seen 2001? It (and possibly the first Alien and/or Blade Runner) is something you may want to do before "Moon" because one of the really fun things about that movie is what it does with what you think you know is going to happen based on your knowledge of sci fi. It's a really good film anyway, but the "hi, genre fans, you will now be messed with" just takes it to a whole new level. Genius, that movie.
