You hadn't seen Joanna Lumley before?? Mind you, I suppose you didn't grow up with her in Absolutely Fabulous with enormous lips. Yes, the two facts are intimately connected. She is apparently also in this new British thingie called Clatterford that turned up as a recommendation for me, so I look forward to that.
Kronk isn't actively bad - it's just that it really has a great deal to live up to, and understandably Disney didn't give it the resources it needed to fulfil that.
