Transgender Day of Remembrance 2009
Nov. 20th, 2009 01:28 pmToday is the eleventh Transgender Day of Remembrance, on which we remember those who have died because of hatred and violence targeted against them because they were (or were perceived to be) transgendered.
If you didn't know, now you do.

I am turning comments off for this post. That people have died because of their gender identity is unacceptable and horrific. This is not a debatable topic.
Edit: make that possibly one hundred and sixty three. Ugh.
