Since I know a lot of folks on my flist are into this sort of thing, and folks have folks, I thought I'd publicise this -
Radical Lace & Subversive Knitting at the New York Museum of Arts and Design.
The New York Times take on it is here, where they are not overly convinced the exhibition entirely captures the modern subversive strand of knitting, but admits it is full of the shiny.
